From September 2010 Hinowa will start producing the new mini tractor called DocTrak; this machine will be equipped with a fast undercarriage and many interchangeable accessories will be available; this is the ideal tractor for the cultivations and apple chards.

It is a very steady machine, it has 2 joysticks to drive it as a skid loader and it can reach 15 km per hour.

Hinowa engineers team made every effort to create a spider lift technologically advanced keeping at the same time the well-known philosophy of use of the GoldLift 14.70.

IIIS system: the machine adopts the new IIIS system, used on Light Lifts as well (Self-Stabilizing & Destabilizing system)

How does it work?
 

IIIS system grants an automatic stabilization holding just a button (inclination of 11°).
IIIS system maintains the possibility to move manually every single stabilizer.
 

Automatic destabilization?

Yes, you understood that right. GoldLift 17.80XL is the only spider lift on the market which enables to destabilize automatically the four outriggers just pressing a button. This innovation, introduced on the complete Light Lift IIIS line, simplifies users manoeuvres as the operation is completely automatic.

Therefore, the training for the operator will be very quick and intuitive.

Weight selection (120-200 kg) is also automatic, this means that the GoldLift will not allow overloads in the basket, stopping possible improper uses of the machine by the operator.

GoldLift 17.80XL is equipped with a rechargeable Ni-Mh battery radio control, it operates: Tracks, self-stabilization and destabilization, motors ignition and stalling, movements speed adjustment, opening and closing of the udercarriage, emergency stop and service button.

The new remote control is equipped with an interactive display with self-diagnosis, breakdown notifications with operative indications to simplify the use of the machine and avoid machine downtimes.

Visibilility of the machine in R.A.H.M net


GoldLift 17.80XL IIIS offers a series of remote assistance possibilities.
It includes a GPRS-GPS transmitter which enables to connect to Hinowa server, using a username and password, and view the position of the platform and detect possible malfunctions.

The basic concept of the complete series restoration is to SIMPLIFY THE USE of the machine for the operator.
To put it simply, now it is enough to push a button to stabilize the machine, move a joystick to operate the aerial part and push another button to destabilize the machine.
Everything has been made to design a machine perfect for hiring without operator.

System of machine visibility in the RAHM net, which, through a satellite system, identifies the machine everywhere and helps to control the state and regularity of use, carrying out an online diagnosis.

 “Bauma Edition” design with the new non-marking tracks low-profile.
                                                                                                                       
On the occasion of Baum exhibition, for every ordered and confirmed GoldLift 14.70 in the period between 15th April and 15th May 2010, Hinowa gives a couple of non marking tracks low-profile as present, which are perfect for in-door uses, in museums, churches, hospitals, hotels and airports.

The machine will be equipped with standard Bridgestone black rubber tracks as well.

Therefore, do not forget, for every Goldlift ordered between 15th April and 15th May a couple of non marking rubber tracks, worthing 450 €, will be included as present. The machine will be delivered in the special silver “Bauma Edition” design.

Hinowa is glad to present the HS1100 and HS1150 Hi-Speed bases, hydraulic, fast and multi kit minidumpers.

After the success of HS1100 and HS1150 minidumpers Hinowa introduces on the market the new Hi-Speed versions.

The new minidumpers are equipped with a totally hydraulic system, with double displacement reduction gear drives and have the Hinowa Auto2Speed system, they are able to reach a speed of 6 km/h against the current 4 km/h of the HS1100 and HS1150 standard version.
The new system automatically accelerates and decelerates depending on the weight loaded on the machine and the inclination of the ground, giving more power on slopes, controlling the translation on descents and granting the max speed of 6 km/h on flat lands.

The interchangeability of the attachments is granted and compatible with the all the current series of HS1100-1150 minidumpers, the auxiliary hydraulic quick couplings, placed sideways the HS bases, grant the max flexibility and quickness in the attachment changes.

The new HS1100 and HS1150 Hi-Speed bases are available from April with our distribution network and can be ordered from now.
