Pursuant to article no. 13 of the Dlgs 196/03, referring to information held on private individuals, supplied by you or collected through normal working practice, we inform you that:
-All such data is collected and treated as a fulfilment of our accounting and fiscal obligations relating to our commercial activity and to the contractual relationships with your company;
-The data is and will be treated in a lawful way whether collected manually or electronically and in compliance with all privacy rules in accordance with Dlgs 196/03
 
We also inform you that the data may be disclosed:
-To external individuals who, if necessary, carry out tasks on our company’s behalf (fiscal fulfilment, information system management, sales network, credit insurance, etc.);
-To banks for the management of collections and payments deriving form the performance of contracts;
-To individuals authorized by the law.
 
Other possible data may concern information collected from public registers, lists and schedules known to anyone.
 
With regard to the above-mentioned processing you may assert all the rights of Article 7 of the Dlgs 196/03, including in particular, the right to review your registered data, obtain deletion when allowed by law, updating, rectification and integration, subject to specific requirements.
 
We are authorized to use your data for the purposes and limits above-mentioned, and any requests for amendment or information must be sent in writing.
