Hinowa S.p.A. pursues the production of safe and reliable machines and components that comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction.
Hinowa S.p.A. constantly strives to identify the internal and external factors that determine the context in which it operates, and based on these factors has developed and is evolving a Quality Management System that takes into account the characteristics of the Organization itself.
The Management works to ensure that the structure is aware of the importance of pursuing the fulfillment of the requirements defined by the client and the mandatory / legal requirements.
The entire company is therefore informed about the goals related to process and product quality and committed to continuous improvement programs that are pursued involving the staff in each company area.
Hinowa measures and periodically reviews the achievement of quality goals (assessed during the management review) in the supply of products checking that they comply with the contractual and legislative standards and the quality level requested.
Furthermore Hinowa S.p.A. researches new types of products to offer to customers to guarantee innovative technologies, diversified solutions and always provide a better and faster service.
The improvement goals are identified through an impartial system of identification and risk analysis and through a system of performance indicators that monitor the performances of the company areas. The improvement goals are then fixed periodically and the verification of their achievement is carried out during the management review meetings.
The performance increase of a business area is usually achieved by applying the kaizen tools, making sure that the various department supervisors are directly involved and participate in the improvement activities, creating the opportunity at the same time to increase their skills.
All the staff with direct responsibility has the duty to apply and enforce the system requirements in their area.
It is permitted to delegate to third parties the performance of activities related to quality, but not the responsibility for the result.
